We have on display several examples of pieces from French company, Couture, which has developed its "Carnac" 100% oak range of fruniture to capture the French country style.  They offer a comprehensive range of sideboards, dressers, tables and chairs etc.  The pieces are finished in a melow golden oak colour with a light level of distress (ageing) to create an impression of age and use. 

Because Couture limit to one colour and one level of finish they are able to be very competitive for furniture that is made to such a high standard.
