Couture has introduced Rivage - a high quality painted range to add to it's collection.  The lacquered paint effect is applied by one of the top French makers, Artcopi, who specialise in top quality finishes.   

Rivage has moved away from the ornate carved French look to a more up to date but still country style, finished in a mellow 'aged' white.  This will complement many situations.  All the sideboards have a large adjustable shelf running through the base which gives optimum storage flexibility.  Likewise all top unit shelving is adjustable.  Tables are extendable with the leaves being 'skirted', which means that when in place the lower edge of the table runs in a straight line and does not 'step up'  where the extension has been inserted.  The cross back chairs have pretty curved legs to complement the curved design of the back, the seat is upholstered in a faux suede fabric.
